Charles began his career at McKinsey & Company, where he provided strategic advice to top-tier companies, nonprofit organizations, and government agencies. Following his time at McKinsey, Charles gained experience in launching multiple products and customer experiences, as well as leading various business programs at Capital One. Charles earned a Bachelor’s degree in Economics from Harvard University and went on to obtain an MBA and an MA in Education from Stanford University. Residing in Washington, D.C., Charles enjoys spending quality time with his wife, Erin, and their two children. With a passion for lifelong learning and empowering others to reach their full potential, Charles continues to make a meaningful impact in the lives of the executives and organizations he serves.
