Mounir’s leadership philosophy is rooted in the belief that capacity-building systems in programmatic services, operations, staff development, and strategic planning are crucial for fostering both local and national success. He emphasizes the use of data to build evidence-based strategies that drive organizations toward successful and sustainable outcomes.

Mounir’s academic journey took him through Southern University in Baton Rouge, Louisiana, The University of Cincinnati, and California State, East Bay, where he earned both a Bachelor’s and a Master’s degree in Social Work. Residing in the Bay Area, Mounir enjoys spending time with family and friends, raising his two daughters, watching sports, and traveling.

Mounir’s decision to join Fathers’ UpLift in 2023 reflects his ongoing dedication to improving mental and physical wellness in communities and his commitment to using his skills and experience to make a meaningful impact.
