JOB SUMMARY
As the Senior Director of Development at Fathers’ UpLift, you will spearhead both annual and multi-year fundraising initiatives, working closely with the CEO and senior leadership. You will build and steward key relationships with individual donors, foundations, and corporate partners, while ensuring best practices in donor engagement across the organization. This newly created role includes managing a small development team and collaborating with the Board to meet and exceed ambitious fundraising goals.
Key Responsibilities

Strategic Fundraising & Development
- Develop and execute comprehensive annual and multi-year fundraising strategies for major gifts, grants, corporate partnerships, and annual giving campaigns.
- Provide regular progress updates to the CEO and Board of Directors.

Donor Cultivation & Stewardship
- Foster and deepen relationships with existing donors and identify new prospects.
- Create and implement donor recognition and stewardship programs to ensure donors feel valued and engaged.
- Oversee timely and compliant grant reporting.

Leadership & Team Management
- Mentor and lead a small development team, promoting professional growth and collaboration.
- Implement and refine fundraising best practices to optimize efficiency and effectiveness.

Marketing & Communications
- Develop compelling appeals, proposals, and impact reports for diverse donor audiences.
- Ensure consistent branding and messaging across all fundraising materials.
- Oversee social media strategies to enhance fundraising efforts and reach new audiences.

Financial Management & Reporting
- Manage the development budget, ensuring responsible allocation of resources.
- Track and analyze fundraising performance, presenting clear, data-driven reports.
- Maintain full compliance with legal and ethical standards in all fundraising activities.

- 8+ years of nonprofit fundraising and relationship management experience, with progressive leadership responsibilities.
- Proven success in major gifts, institutional partnerships, and executing long-term fundraising plans.

- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to create engaging content for varied audiences.

Compensation & Benefits
- Salary Range: $110,000–$125,000, commensurate with experience and geographic location.

Manager of Clinical Services and Academic Affairs (Cincinnati Branch)

Key Responsibilities:
- Greet and assist visitors, clients, and potential clients.
- Manage client intake, scheduling, and insurance verification in Tebra and Virtual Gateway databases.
- Serve on the Intake Team and assist with coordinating client registration and referrals.
- Process co-payments and account balances during check-in for in-person and telehealth appointments.
- Maintain client records, demographic updates, and insurance status checks.
- Provide polite and professional communication via phone, email, and mail.

- Conduct initial assessments for new clients.
