Fathers’ UpLift’s Affiliate Program

Fathers’ UpLift (FUL) is the country’s first mental health and substance use treatment facility for fathers and families. Since its founding in 2011, Fathers UpLift has demonstrated its capacity to assist fathers with overcoming barriers that prevent them from becoming and remaining engaged in their children’s lives. Our intervention equips fathers with the tools to “self-parent,” in turn impacting the quality of both their mental health and self perception and their external relationships. We would love to partner with you in this effort.

If you are interested in becoming a Fathers’ UpLift Affiliate Clinician, gaining licensing in our approach, and providing FUL services for those in your area, please submit the application below to get started. This approach is ideal for clinicians who desire a greater degree of autonomy, who conduct a private practice, and/or who are not within the geographic range for direct employment to be a possibility.

With this licensing, you become an FUL-affiliated clinician, listed under our own Resource Portal, to whom we will refer clients. Fathers’ UpLift affiliates will fall under our brand umbrella and are provided with guidance and training, along with access to some of the same resources as our staff, including evaluation and measurement resources to help them maintain effective implementation of our interventions themselves. Fathers’ UpLift will refer clients out to affiliates based on geography, capacity, and performance.
