Staff Narrative:

Cori Williams is a multifaceted entrepreneur and licensed psychotherapist based in Boston, Massachusetts. He graduated from the prestigious Boston University and has since built a successful career in both the therapeutic and entrepreneurial fields. Cori is the owner of Wilmore Marketing Consultants LLC., a marketing firm in Atlanta, Georgia, where he provides internet marketing solutions for consumers and business owners. He is also the co-owner of B&M Enterprises, a real estate investment company.

In his latest endeavor, Cori founded CKC Publishing Firm, a content creation and book publishing firm that assists authors and content creators in distributing their products. Under CKC Publishing House, he released his first multi-award-winning book, “Thriving While Black: The Act of Surviving and Thriving in the Same Space.” This book explores the psychological and emotional consequences of being Black in corporate America and provides evidence-based, solution-focused treatment recommendations to manage these effects. The book has received multiple awards in several adult non-fiction genres and is an Amazon bestseller. Cori is currently working on a follow-up literary project that will be intervention-based.

Before achieving entrepreneurial success, Cori worked in the nonprofit industry for twelve years, holding various leadership roles. He has created and facilitated numerous workshops for adult learners and first-time fathers, helping them overcome social and emotional barriers to remain engaged in their children’s lives.

If I could invite anyone to dinner, it would be: Malcolm X and Gandhi. Cori would love to discuss their perspectives on today’s society and gain insights from their unique viewpoints. He imagines Malcolm X might say, “I told you so.”

In his spare time, Cori loves to travel, fish, and spend time with his family.
