Staff Narrative:

Originally from Reno, Nevada, Lily Rice pursued her Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration and Communication from the University of Jamestown in North Dakota and then earned her Master’s degree in Student Affairs in Higher Education from Miami University in Ohio. Her professional journey has been predominantly in the field of higher education.

Before joining Fathers’ UpLift, Lily served as the Assistant Director for Student Services at Cornell University. With over 14 years of experience in higher education across the U.S. and overseas, she has developed broad expertise in recruitment, student support services, academic advising, admissions, affiliate programming, orientation, project management, academic coaching, and life coaching.

Lily is deeply inspired by Fathers’ UpLift’s unique approach to serving the underserved and advocating for them. This dedication to service keeps her motivated and inspired in her role, where she can leverage her extensive experience to make a significant impact.
